Quality Assurance
Quality assurance pervades every aspect of what we do. Our expert quality technicians are trained to operate a wide range of process and quality equipment. We have a fully operational Inspection Department. All parts are inspected before shipping.
Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting is a cost effective, precise way to perform complex geometries and provide machine shapes for our clients. We can cut up to 6" thick material and all the way down to thin shim stock. The machine will 50 inch X 100 inch material. We make specialty, one of a kind trophies, plaques, subdivision signs and pretty much anything you can come up with.
CNC Machining
We operate a variety of CNC vertical machining centers capable of handling everything from small parts to larger parts. We have multiple HAAS Milling Machines and Lathes. 25 inch capacity and up to 10 feet long on Lathes.
Welding Operations
Welding is a key ingredient in the manufacturing process. Our welding technicians operate many different machines to create products with precision and quality. Our welding department is capable of not only steel welding but also aluminum and stainless steel and all welders are certified. They specialize in the fab shop and product assembly.
